A California Christmas
This Christmas we spent in California with Garet's family. It was amazing. Between so many places to see, the people we were surrounded by, and Thor being old enough to enjoy Christmas, it couldn't have been better (except having my family there too). It was hard to just pick a few pictures to show how much fun we had.
On the plane ride going to CA he listened to some of Garet's music.
He was such a great traveler.

Christmas morning Thor woke up at 7am ready to open gifts. Garet and his dad had gone surfing, everyone else was asleep. So Peggy and I let him open one to hold him over.

By the end of the trip Thor was a little stunt man on his new bike.

Thor was able to see Santa's "reindeer" Christmas morning.

We spent a few days over at Morro Bay, a 20 minute drive from Garet's parent's house.

There is a children's museum in Paso Robles, about 10 minutes from the house. Thor loved it! This guy was a little creepy. You could pull all his insides out and then stuff them back in. Thor wasn't too sure about it.

This is the gum wall. It's a little disgusting but smells surprisingly good. It's in San Luis Obispo about 25 minutes from the house. My favorite city in the US by far.

This was in San Diego, Seaport Village. Every time we went around he got more scared. By the end of the ride I was holding him.

On our way from San Diego to Temecula, we stopped in Julian, a little mountain town known for their apple pies. It was the best apple pie I've ever had. Thor enjoyed some too.
